LAYAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
D.D. Daughters Lace Wigs offers its customers a convenient and flexible Layaway Program. These Terms and Conditions for plan
are listed below.
THE LAYAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT SUPERSEDE OUR STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BUT WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THIS POLICY.
ITEM 1: DEPOSITS
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total price, plus he layaway fee is due to start your order.
ITEM 2: PAYMENTS
A payment is required when due within 3 days of said notices. The payment will be applied against the total price of the Layaway, calculated from the date of the initial Layaway set-up.
ITEM 3: LAYAWAY SET UP FEE
A Layaway fee applies in connection with the set-up and/or maintenance of the layaway plan.
ITEM 4: LAYAWAY TERM
The layaway term is for the period specified in the layaway agreement (4 or 6 weeks). If you require an extension, please notify us. D.D. Daughters Lace Wigs may extend the due date an additional 2 weeks, to their discretion.
ITEM 5: LAYAWAY AGREEMENT
Acceptance of the Layaway terms is contingent upon the payment being received by D.D. Daughters Lace Wigs. Once the payment is excepted, the customer agrees to the DDDLWB Terms and Conditions.
ITEM 6: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Before making a payment, we ask that you contact us FIRST with any questions you may have.
All Sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds or exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Repair or Remake Only with 24 hours. All items mus be submitted to us for evaluation within 48 hours. If a problem occurs you must call and follow up with an email/message describing the issue. We will respond via Email with 48 hours. Depending on the result of the evaluation, the hair product will either be corrected or returned to you. If we return the hair product to you, we will include a detailed description of our findings showing how we arrived at our conclusion.
