Shipping Policy
We use USPS for all deliveries. Orders processed
Monday -Saturday. Orders received after 3:00 p.m.
will be processed the next day.
No Cancellations please. Orders are custom and
cannot be cancelled once production has started.

D.D. Daughters offers the highest quality at the best
price possible guaranteed. You have to make the
correct choices as far as size, length and color when
ordering because these wigs are made for you
solely.
All Sales/Layaway payments and deposits are
final. These wigs are custom designed and fitted
per each client so there are NO
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES DUE TO HEALTH
RESTRICTIONS.
Custom Lace Wig Prices & Terms
The prices are for full lace or lace front wigs made with Indian or Chinese Remy & Virgin hair. Included in the price: highlighted, two toned, mixed or light colored hair (up to two colors), lace wigs made with stretch or adjustable straps, bleached knots at front hairline from ear to ear, and baby hairs. Hair length is quoted from the crown. Please contact us for pricing for other hair types such as Virgin, which is slightly higher.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
ALL SALES FINAL.
- For wigs made with thin skin:
- Front, back or perimeter: add $50/unit
- All thin skin: add $150/unit
- Additional prices per unit for wigs made with heavy density anywhere on the cap: add $, such as 50% density would be $50 extra, 10% would be $10, and so on....
- Add $35 per order (not per wig) for any wigs made with a template. All templates must be mailed together for each order. Clients may also send us samples for a $35 fee. We can match hair colors, for example, or duplicate past wigs.
- Add $50/unit for wigs made with Virgin Indian, Malaysian, Burmese or Chinese hair.
- Add $30/unit for bleached knots on full cap
- Custom coloring, hair cuts (hair cuts are extra), and styles are additional in price and require a customized quote.
Pricing & Returns. We will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible if you chose a wrong color or did not measure properly and your wig does not fit. Once we finalize your order and receive payments, we will contact you when your order is complete and ready to ship. We will not ship out your order unless we have a confirmed address, address must match credit card transcations if that was the form of payment. Delivery Time. Custom orders currently take 30-35 days for delivery.
Stock orders usually deliver in 5-7 days. The use of a template will extend your delivery time by one week and templates will not be returned to customers once they are received for production.Each order is handmade with the highest quality standards so we cannot accommodate rush orders.
Production time is an estimate, not a guarantee. 99% of our orders are delivered during the estimated time; however, you should order early enough to allow for fluctuations in production time. Fluctuations are mainly caused by seasonal closings (e.g., due to holidays), volume of orders in system, weather issues, back-ordered supplies, questions or changes on orders and more. Should there be any delays, we will modify your production time estimate and inform you of how many production days must be added to complete your order.
We are not responsible for delays due to any circumstances as some areas of production and delivery are out of our control. We also reserve the right to cancel custom orders for any reason- our sole responsibility will be to provide a full refund in this case.If for any reason, your order is delayed, we will contact you. Inquiries regarding
delivery time within your quoted period of 6-8 weeks will be answered with a copy of the custom order policy. Requesting Order Changes. Please review your final order carefully before you submit it. Once your order goes into production, we cannot change it (it only goes into production once we finalize details of your order and collect payments). If you have any questions about how to place your order please contact us. Custom order specifications can be changed up until payment is made and production starts. ***
Holding Policy- Once unit is shipped to us, you have 10 business days to pick up order, (we will contact you) if no response, we reserve the right to sell the item. If you have left the unit at our salon and we are holding for cleaning or your next appointment, if you do not contact or pick up your wig within 2 weeks we reserve the right to resale the unit and you will get no refund, it will be considered abandoned.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR SPECIFICATIONS, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH THE FINAL PRICE, INCLUDING SHIPPING AND/OR TAX AND WILL BE SENT AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL.
