PLEASE READ THROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique (DDDLWB), knows that purchasing a lace wig or weaving hair can be an expensive investment. Often times, it can be confusing to know exactly what you want, or even what to expect when you receive your order. We want satisfied customers, we are happy, when you are happy.Unfortunately, DDDLWB do not offer refunds.
All Sales are Final.

DDDLWB does offer a 2 day exchange on our In Stock Hairpieces. Once you receive your hairpiece, you have a total of 2 business days to contact us to exchange it for a different one.DDDLWBdoes not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or weaving hair that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, washed, lace cut, hair cut, adhesive applied, glued, taped, tags removed or altered in anyway.

If the hairpiece is not to your liking, an exchange will be offered as long as the hairpiece is in the same condition you received it in. An In Stock hairpiece can only be exchanged for another in-stock hairpiece for equal or lesser value. We do not resend you another stock hairpiece until we receive, inspect and approve the original hairpiece intact.

We only allow (1) exchange per order. Exchanges are solely based on availability. We do not pay the shipping cost from our store to you on an exchanged item. You are responsible for all shipping fees.

CUSTOM LACE WIGS & WEAVES and HAIR CARE PRODUCTSsuch as custom wigs, closures, frontal, wefts, tapes, adhesives, solvents, shampoos, and conditioners are non-returnable. We do not guarantee wigs will last for any specific time, and cannot guarantee the wig will not shed. The hairpieces lose hair with every brush stroke. DDDLWB will not be held responsible, however if you bring the hairpiece in within 4 weeks of purchase, we will inspect and ask that the manufacturer repair, free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for $28 Shipping and handling fee.

You must notify our Customer Care Center in writing, by email, fax or standard mail regarding your issue and a Return Authorization (RA) Number will be assigned.WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION.Exchanges received without an RA Number will be refused and returned to sender. Packaging must be accompanied with original invoice and all documents received with order . When packing hairpieces be sure to tape package securely. Make sure you write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipment.Our return and exchange policy only applies to purchases from D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique. We do not honor exchanges or returns for purchase from other vendors, resellers or e-bay auctions. We recommend you insure the package and track shipment.

DDDLWB does not accept COD. We are not responsibile for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments. Item must be prepaid prior to delivery.

STORE POLICY:

Custom Order Deposit: Production of hairpieces typically begins within 24 hours of confirmation and payment. Once it goes into production we cannot make any changes. A 50% non refundable deposit is due when the order is placed and the balance is due before delivery. Please see Layaway Plan

Cancellations: If you decide cancel your custom order within 24 hours of it going into production you will be entitled to a store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Abandonment: Orders are considered abandon after 30 days and reasonable attempts by phone and email to contact customer for delivery and or final payment. Consequently, your deposit is lost and store credit will NOT be issued. Same for Wigs left for cleaning, after 30 days of trying to reach client for payment, wig will be discarded.

Stock Order Refund: If the item has an equivalent here at the salon, you may exchange for equal value, but we do not offer refunds and we cannot order wigs in replacement, it must be in stock. Once item is returned in its original packaging and inspected it must meet our requirements on returns for an exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Store Credit: Store credit is available for a total of (30) days from date of issue.

SHIPPING:Domestic and International

INSURANCE: For domestic and international we insure ALL packages. Remember once your items are shipped DDDLWB is no longer responsible. Since we insure all packages we will file a claim on your behalf for a refund if the package is lost during transit.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Typically, we ship orders through USPS or FedEx, however on occasion we may use another carrier such as UPS.

SIGNATURE REQUEST:All packages that contain hairpieces will ship with a signature request. Upon delivery please be available or have someone you trust sign for your package.

DELIVERY:All orders paid with credit card will ship ONLY to the address that matches the credit card billing information. No exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipments out of U.S.A are normally delivered within 10-15 business days. Please note, customs or other postal officials can delay the delivery time. If this happens, please understand DDDLWB has no control over the situation. Your order can be held up for reasons such as taxes, duties or broker fees and you, the buyer will be held responsible for the charges. DDDLWB has no way of knowing this will happen prior to shipment.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: When DDDLWB ships your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track your order for confirmation of the actual delivery date and time.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are included during checkout. You will have the option to determine what type of shipping you want.

DELIVERY:Custom orders are normally COMPLETE IN 4-6 WEEKS and delivered in 6-8 weeks. This is standard production time but cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, an order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If we are notified of a delay we will contact you and inform you of the additional time needed before delivery.

Stock orders normally ship within 48 hours after payment and confirmation. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and give you the option to wait for the item or select another color or length.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER:Your use of products purchased at D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique is at your sole discretion. You, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the usage of purchased products. D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique make no warranty that the product will meet your expectations. Buyer makes their own decision as to the suitability of our products for their purpose prior to use. Each user waives and releases D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique, its owners, affiliates, parties, and subsidiaries, to the full extent permitted by law for any and all claims related to the usage of products or information made available through D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique and its representatives. In no event shall D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique, its owners, affiliate partners and subsidiaries be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages of any nature resulting from use or misuse of our products or information from this site or the products to which the information is referred to. Please use our products with care. If you experience negative reactions from product use, please discontinue immediately and seek medical advice.
