Showroom available for lace wig showings and try on! Products available.
The salon works on an appointment setting as of now. My clients don't usually wait, so walk-ins are limited. If you
are requesting service on a day off an additional fee will be applied to the base price.
Online consultations are no charge. If you book an appointment for an Extension service with virgin remi hair provided by us... Please purchase on Virign Remy Hair page of this website. It is due in advance of your appointment confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Hair is non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable.
FAQ
Do I have to get a consultation? Yes, a consultation is important in order to determine the color, density or
extension method best for you.
Is there a fee for my consultation? Appointment consults are $25. And if you book an appointment for Sewn Extensions a $25 fee is charged, and is non-refundable, however, does go toward appt. as long as appointment is kept.
I am so confused where do I start, what do I need to do next?
First, if you are receiving an online consultation, which is free, you will also need to send a close up photo of your hair
if you are from out of town or state.
Second, we will make arrangements on the hair, which means you will be billed an invoice for your hair so that it
can be ordered. I bill the invoice by just letting you know how much it costs, and you have to be paid in full for hair
before proceeding with service, hair is mailed to salon. If salon supplies hair, It must be paid before your
appointment will be confirmed.
Third, you will receive your phone call that your hair has arrived, and then your appointment will be honored.
CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW POLICY $10 FEE
Fusion has a 24-hour cancellation policy. All other appointments are confirmed a day in adavnce, please call us if you cannot make it. If you must cancel, please try to call at least one day prior to the
appointment so that I have time to fill in the appointment with clients on my waiting list. Clients who abuse this
policy may be charged a fee on next visit for cancellations.
A cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment, a no-show, or an appointment canceled after the
scheduled time of the appointment will be considered a no show. And no credit will be given for next service.
Wig Policy
Wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to health regulations. Wigs are custom made to fit you, and
cannot be returned to manufacturer per their policy. So, a consult is required to ensure fit and color choice.
