Appointment Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING
This is Useful Information:
• All extension/wig orders that are needed by appointment please allow 5-7 days. Please click on pages to the left and purchase needed hair/wigs for the appointment. IF NOT SURE PLEASE CALL ME AT 1-888-276-5060
***Phone/Web Consults required for Lace Wig Purchases=FREE*** If Salon Consult needed=$35
All deposits FOR are credited toward your service as long as you keep the appointment time, except when deposit is to get early/late booking times.
MUST CALL 1-888-276-5060, for request, then return here to pay. Deposits can be paid here below or in person.
• If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. If you fail to keep your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. If you are more than 20 minutes late and I am still able to service you, a $10 late fee will be added to your service.
- When booking an Early/Private Appointment you may not use any Coupons/Gift Cards on that day of Service, NO ExCEPTIONS!

All early/LAST hour/Private appointments require a $25 deposit at booking.
(Will be forfeited if Late/Cancel/No-Show, does not include service)

- I work by appointment only, please do not bring any guests, due to limited seating.
Children are not allowed unless being serviced.
• DO NOT shampoo, condition and blow dry your hair prior to your appointment (STATE LAW). We have an Assistant to do this for you.
• My website has a wealth of information and is all I can provide without seeing you for a consultation. All extension, wig, weaving and color services require some form of consult. I require an "in person/webcam" consult whenever possible.
• Please schedule your consult at least one week before you would like your service done whenever possible. Consultations are required for any client with hair or scalp conditions such as breakage, shedding, chemical damage, alopecia/balding or scalp issues.
• If you are having a service done where your hair wefts will be provided by us, please CLICK HERE to order hair and allow 3 days for hair to arrive, in most cases . Schedule your appointment 1-2 weeks in advance depending on the service requested. Allow 3-4 days for hair to arrive.
• Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you may have to reschedule,deposit will be forfeited, or late fee $10.
